From the West of Ireland, I’ve worked in the Arts for over 25 years, and taught acting and playwriting both privately & at university level since 2008.
I recently trained as a Somatic Coach to deepen my engagement with clients as I support them in moving to the next level in their creative & professional practice.
I’m currently working as a freelance Theatre Director on a number of shows with other artists. “Finding Galahad” - my own work-in-progress piece about mountaineering history & searching for transcendence in a capitalist-colonialist world will be showing in May 2025.
I can often be found singing jazz at Il Vicolo in Galway on Sunday nights, or playing around the country with my band Les Cats!

Write Your Own Play: From Idea to First Draft
12 weeks. Have an idea for a full-length script you’ve always wanted to write but need guidance, motivation & feedback? This course, based on one taught at degree level, will give you everything you need to get a first, and possibly even a second draft finished - with a lot of fun along the way! Starts Thursday January 30th.
