Creative Mentor & Coach

As an artist and former educator in the field of theatre, I am fascinated by the similarity between mindful and somatic practices designed to enhance our well-being, and the many techniques in theatre designed to make us better actors. There is much about creative practice that can help us thrive in other aspects of our lives, and much in spiritual/psychological practice that can bolster our creativity.

Over the past year, I have moved from teaching acting and playwriting to qualifying as a somatic coach in order to build a safe framework to share somatic & creative practices outside of a theatre context.

I can work with clients in a Creative Mentorship capacity, or as a Somatic Coach, or a mixture of both - this can be agreed on in the opening session. The difference? As a Mentor, I give advice, as a Coach, I accompany you while you think. Both can be beneficial in different circumstances.

All sessions are discounted as I work towards my ICF Associate Coach accreditation.
